My functions are the following but not limited to.
1. Quantity Take Off (Planswift)
2.Bill of Quantities for Mechanical Plumbing and Fire Protection Works
3. Preparations of Variation Orders and meeting with contractors for cost reconciliation.
4. Facilitate bidding process and preparation of Bid Documents and any documents needed prior to bidding process.
5. Preparations of Bid Evaluations.
