My day-to-day tasks mainly includes the following:
- Attend Initial Meetings with Clients
- Creates Appointment File Notes
- Request/Follow up/Review supporting documents from clients
- Add and update client information using MyCrm
- Knowledgeable with FLEX, MyCRM, Infynity, BrokerEngine and other related tools
- Prepares Statement of Credit Assistance Document
- Prepares ApplyOnline/Loanapp applications
- Generate and prepare Application Forms
- Requests pricing quotes from different lenders
- Order Valuations via broker portal/Corelogic
- AOL/Loanapp lodgements
- Track applications and follows up with bank for updates
- Answer MIRs to get Unconditional Approval
- Requests AIP/Unconditional Approval Extensions
- Contacts Solicitor/Real Estate Agents/Accountants
- Liaise with Broker regarding loan documents until settlement
- Upload documents and complete compliance checklist
- Conduct Rate Reviews
