I help business owners and executives get two things they rarely find in one hire: someone who can build and run their recruitment process end-to-end, and someone reliable enough to hand broader HR and executive support work to without having to double-check everything.
Over 12 years, I've worked across full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, structured interviews, reference and background verification, offer coordination, onboarding), core HR operations (payroll and timesheet processing, employee relations, performance management, HR policy development), and when the business needed it executive support. When my Australian client's CEO's assistant went on emergency leave, I stepped in for a week to manage his calendar, coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and handle client contracts, on top of my own HR workload. Nothing dropped.
I don't just fill a role I look for what's missing. At one client, I noticed there was no onboarding process at all, and new hires were starting without any real alignment to company policy. I built one from scratch, so every new hire started on the same page instead of learning as they went.
