Currently my schedule is 9pm to 6am Manila Time working in BPO industry but I am looking for day shifts, what i do right now is auditing calls as their Call Quality Analyst and previously taking calls regarding insured's policy and benefits, eligibility and processing of claims/billing statement or invoices for medical health and long term care insurance. Receiving calls from both care professional providers from the home care agency, caregivers, facilities and insured. We provide insured's policy and benefits details and discuss how it works. We also do call outs to them and give them an update for the documents we need and also for the payment process details like electronic fund transfer amounts or checks we mailed out. My total work experience in BPO is now 9 years. Right now, we are more than 50 head counts of employees in our account only but I keep on getting best agent award, always on top 5 lists. I do not have any issue with attendance or behaviour problems. I always give my best to work, I do not waste any opportunities because I have a family to support for financial needs.
