Hey there, I’m Marielle, an Industrial Engineer and a freelancer who’s passionate about improving processes and making things run better. I enjoy finding smarter ways to work, streamlining systems, and helping things flow smoothly behind the scenes.
I’ve worked as an admin and workforce specialist, so I’m comfortable supporting teams, organizing details, and keeping systems running efficiently. I value continuous improvement, which led me to focus on process optimization and build automations across systems, especially using Zapier, to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
I love organizing data and creating dashboards that turn raw information into clear and useful insights. There’s also a creative side of me. I’m drawn to clean and minimalist design, I’m a little obsessed with fonts, and someday I’d love to design one of my own.
I’m curious by default, intentional with my work, and usually building or improving something, whether it’s a project, a system, or myself.
