- Coordinate clients, agents, attorneys, lenders, inspectors, and brokers to keep deals moving and flag delays before they cost you
CRM & DATABASE MANAGEMENT
- Brivity CRM administration: lead records, tags, pipeline stages, agent assignment, follow-up tasks
- Database hygiene: duplicate review, contact cleanup, standardized tagging and status updates
- Appointment and calendar coordination, so leadership always has visibility on booked buyer and listing opportunities
AI & AUTOMATION
- Build CRM-to-spreadsheet workflows with Zapier, CRM triggers, and Google Sheets automation to cut manual reporting
- Prompt development and AI-assisted research, drafting, summarization, and data organization with ChatGPT and other generative AI tools
- Use AI to build spreadsheet formulas, document processes, and speed up reporting - always with human review before anything ships
- Comfortable testing and adopting new AI tools as they come out, and showing the rest of the team how to use them
LISTINGS & MARKET RESEARCH
- Create and maintain residential and commercial listings across MLS and other platforms
- Property and market research using MLS, Crexi, LoopNet, and CoStar
- Offering Memorandums, Broker Opinions of Value, and just-listed/just-sold collateral
REPORTING
- Recurring lead, appointment, transaction, and productivity reports in Excel and Google Sheets
- Record audits for missing information, duplicates, inconsistencies, and overdue actions
