I worked in BPO for more than 3 years where I do inbound and outbound calls. I worked in a different account (Lead Generation, Sales Development Representative and Customer Service) for SixEleven Global Services. Then in Adscribe Solutions, I worked there as a Marketing Specialist, Head Team Leader and General Virtual Assistant. Where my job is to offer US, UK and CAN based clients a virtual assistants who might be able to help them in running their Businesses. Also, I managed a team of 50 Virtual Assistants, 15 Admins and 30 Clients. As a general virtual Assistant, what I do is, cold calling, appointment setting, Social Media Management, SMS texting, Email support, Email Blasting and Management, Calendar Management, Content Creation and Cold Outreach. Meanwhile, for WorldConnect Consultancy, what I do there is offer Student's Visa (local clients) who want's to go abroad (US, UK, AU, CAN, GER).
