I worked as Research Associate/Specialist for more than 3 years. This position helped me to gain experience in searching, collecting, validating, and processing corporate governance relevant articles and disclosure from companies’ annual reports, websites, and news sites on client's database and conducting analysis of research data through written commentaries using client's pre-defined methodology to derive ESG rating. I was able to be a quality reviewer of the team and guide the junior associates by training and coaching them.

This position equipped me to prepare and present insurance plans to clients using the KYC process and based on financial needs analysis. I created my own Facebook Page, and run FB ads. This position unleashed my creativity by creating collaterals using Canva and writing advertising captions.

The training equipped with recording, classifying, and summarizing financial transactions and preparing different financial statements such as Income Statements, Balance Sheets, Statements of Change in Equity, and Statements of Cashflows.
