I previously worked as a Customer Service Representative for a telecommunications account where I handled customer inquiries through chat. My role focused on resolving billing and service concerns, providing technical support and ensuring customers had a smooth and positive experience.
Currently, I work virtually as an Assistant Director, creating and editing videos using AI tools. My role involves producing engaging content and maintaining quality across projects. I am now moving into a Senior role where I review and evaluate videos created by other Assistant Directors to ensure they meet quality standards and maintain strong visual output.
