Been working in the BPO industry for almost 5 years now. I'm in the field of Customer Support. I had quite experience in different departments and started as an email and chat specialist. With almost 5 years of extensive experience in customer support, I excel at managing/guiding a team that supports their growth and appreciates their effort.
