I am a Construction Estimator with solid foundational training in construction estimating, digital takeoffs, and project document interpretation. Through hands-on learning with Bluebeam and PlanSwift, I developed the ability to read plans, specifications, and BOQs while performing accurate takeoffs for concrete, masonry, steel, finishes, and basic structural, architectural, and MEP components.
My training equipped me with practical knowledge in creating organized assemblies, applying unit costs, building material databases, and preparing detailed cost build-ups. I also learned to work efficiently with documentation, quantity markups, and Excel integration to streamline estimating workflow.
