graduate of Bachelor of Science in Management with Minor in Marketing, and based in Cebu Philippines.
I began my journey as a Virtual Executive Assistant in a BPO/virtual staffing company, where I provided comprehensive administrative support to four different clients across various industries.I worked as their customer service representative, a front desk receptionist and then as a social media manager. I handled calls, processed orders, and delved into lead generation, social media management, and content creation with the aid of AI tools. This exposure not only enhanced my adaptability in a fast-paced, remote environment. but also enriched my understanding of different business landscapes.
I then transitioned into a role to provide comprehensive executive support for the Global COO as a Reports Analyst/Executive Assistant. I report directly to the Global COO, providing critical support in both analyzing complex data and managing executive-level responsibilities.
As an Executive Assistant for the COO, I assist in various administrative tasks, ensuring that their day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently, handling everything from calendar and email management to travel arrangements.
But, my main function is that of a reports analyst, where I generate executive reports for the weekly Level 10 meetings of the operations team, the sales and marketing team, and the executive team. I attend their meetings, making sure that the data, relevant documents, and PowerPoint presentations are prepared for the top management. As a reports analyst, I was able to utilize my analytical skills, providing valuable insights and support in strategic decision-making.
