I am a seasoned online/remote worker with a diverse background in customer service, real estate, logistics and operations management. With over a decade of experience as a call center agent and virtual assistant, I have honed my skills in providing top-notch support and assistance to clients across various industries.
My online/remote worker journey began in 2015 when I started teaching ESL to Chinese students with 51talk. From there, I transitioned into the real estate industry, working with Helcat Properties and GHG of Keller Williams as a virtual assistant and executive assistant. During my time with these companies, I handled various tasks such as data entry and personal assistance.
In 2018, I shifted gears and joined Inxpress Bulimba (now turned into an outsourcing company - Custom Outsourcing) as a customer support representative. Over time, I was promoted to an operation team leader, where I currently manage a team and oversee logistics campaigns.
My vast experience in customer service, real estate, and logistics has equipped me with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
