Hello! I have been in the BPO industry for at least less than 4 years now. Started as email support advisor(iTunes account), then worked for Amazon as Logistics department. I was crossed trained for multiple skills, Phone, chats and email. I can definitely work as customer service advisor, but I prefer non-voice accounts, as I know I can do and perform better.
