I provide support to insurance brokers by processing new businesses, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements with different insurers portals. (SCTP, Sunrise, and other web portals). I also draft and prepare insurance quotations and sometimes provide support with claim follow ups. I perform other tasks that may be required by the client.
