As an insurance virtual assistant, it is my responsibility to ensure that the data entered in Salesforce (data management tool) reflects that of actual data. Some of which include client information as well as their insurance policies.
With this job, we're also required to familiarize ourselves with different insurance carriers as well as their policies. To top it all off, I assist my client with day-to-day operations from answering inquiries to organizing the data collected.
