I have several years of experience as a Consultant of a software which is used by large companies to manage their business operations and customer relations. I have worked as Software Engineer, Cloud Application Support, and as Software Consultant which includes AMS (Application Management Services) and Implementation consultant.
All work experience required me to work closely with clients. I've been working with several clients across Asia (Philippines, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand) and US to help implement their business needs. The role includes Admin tasks, I----------- Handling, Customer and Product Support, Product Implementation, etc. I can easily adapt to customer's needs and I work well individually and as part of a team.
