I'm an Information Technology graduate, tech savvy and knowledgeable in editing and other software tools we commonly used. I am currently a VA for an e-commerce client. I chose to work in a customer service field, as I love interacting with people and giving them a satisfying and awesome service. I've been working as a customer service representative for almost 7 years. During these years, I have develop this strong skill set in handling customers' concerns and I am passionate about learning new skills, like data and account management. Since I am an IT graduate, being familiar with different tools and software is my advantage.
