I have an experience in BPO industry as customer service representative. I was able to improved my communication skills in this industry, as well as on how to engage to different people. Aside from being a customer service representative, I was once a project in charge in one of the construction supplier in the Philippines since I have a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering. This job help me a lot on how to manage time and duties, and to be a multitasker.
