I graduated College with a BA Degree in Communication. I did my internship in a Public Relations agency, in radio and TV, and in a Public Information Office.
My first job was in a Research Data company; conducting surveys and interviews over the phone and a bit of look-up work over the internet. I also worked as a Lead Generation Specialist; cold calling potential customers for a solar and home improvement account. My last corporate job was with a company who manages short-term rentals which made me knowledgeable about Airbnb and other similar platforms. I was a contact agent, more like a virtual host there; replying to guest inquiries, sending booking confirmation, check-in and check-out details, coordinating with the guest managers and cleaners, managing calendars, and updating property listings. Ever since the pandemic up to this date, I occasionally do some online reselling and dropshipping.
My previous work experiences required me to be customer-centric because they revolve in Customer Service, Sales Support, and Hospitality.
