I am working since 2013. I've worked as a Customer Service Representative focusing on billing concerns and up selling, TRG and retention team for almost 5 years. I also worked as an Inbound Sales Representative focusing on assisting the customer orders online & a little bit of background in back office works. I was a Home based online English Teacher as well teaching English Language to Chinese students specifically to those who are aspiring to take IELTS & TOEFL exams. I have experiences as well with teaching younger generations who are still starting to learn the said language. I am very much passionate with my job, determined to meet my goals and competitive with aiming a proper job engagement and to meet the clients request. I willing to be trained, corrected and open minded with it comes to new teachings, trainings and tasks in order to improve and excel. I can work with a flexible time so I can't see any problem with graveyard shifts. I have also worked as an outbound sales/marketing representative focusing on marketing the clients product to subject companies that would need their software and settles appointments that would allow them to expand their knowledge about the product.
