I am an accountant by training, not a VA who picked up bookkeeping on the side. Day to day that means full cycle bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online and Xero: bank feed coding, bank and credit card reconciliations, vendor bills and payments, month end close, and monthly P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reports you can actually make decisions from. I hold current Intuit certifications and keep books for multiple clients and entities without mixing them up.
The reason clients keep me past the books is operations. I run inboxes, calendars, project boards in Asana, ClickUp, Trello and Monday, client communication, and the follow ups that keep a hundred open items from slipping. Numbers person first, but the kind who also closes the loop.
I also edit video content for YouTube, Reels and TikTok. Send raw footage, get back polished, on brand content with clean cuts and storytelling that holds attention.
