I'm working remotely as a Project Podcast Coordinator in a Dental Marketing Company and worked as an ESL Project Manager for a Chinese-based company for the last 2 years. Before working remotely, I had been in the BPO industry for 18 years. 5 years as a Customer Service Associate and 13 years in a non-voice account. I was promoted to Operations Supervisor just a few months after doing voice message transcription.

I am familiar with using the following tools: Canva, ClickUp, Adobe Express, Camtasia, Asana, Jira, Audacity, Wavve, Social Media Apps, Hubspot, Slack and WordPress.
