I can process clients requests since I have good communication skills, hardworking and very attentive to detail
I’ve been exposed before as an in-charge committee where there are some minimal complaints from our concessionaires. I resolved some of their complaints by listening to every detail and guiding them on how to settle it. I act quickly as much as possible and discuss different options for fixing the problem.
I can also prepare daily/weekly transaction volume of reports because as a student before, I managed to lead out some of our reports and papers like our term paper and our thesis paper. And lastly, I believe that under the right mentorship, I can apply the skills I’ve acquired during my studies and internship to meet the responsibilities of the role and more.
