Hi! I'm an operations-focused researcher currently working at a national government agency in the Philippines, where I keep a multi-partner project running smoothly behind the scenes. I'm looking to move into a full remote operations role.
Day-to-day, I manage the systems that keep a project on track: building and maintaining organized trackers and spreadsheets, verifying information across teams, coordinating directly with partners and vendors, and making sure deadlines don't slip across multiple moving workstreams. I also handle documentation, report writing, and coordinate and facilitate meetings and stakeholder engagements.
From freelance work before this role, I bring additional experience in customer support and online shop management, along with creative work including line-art illustration and social media management: handling accounts, posting content, and writing captions.
