For the past 1 year and 8 months I've worked as a Process Associate for a property preservation company, handling preservation and code compliance for US residential properties on behalf of a mortgage company. That means keeping vacant and at-risk properties secure and code-compliant, dispatching and following up with contractors, and staying in direct contact with city and county officials until an issue is closed out, then documenting all of it in reports the mortgage company can act on.
I also worked as a private english tutor hired by families within our neighborhood during summer break back in the year 2017.
Additionally, I have gain an internship experience as a student teacher/teaching assistant for three months managing the classroom, delivered lessons with clear and articulate English instruction, coordinated with faculty and students, improving leadership and communication, and prepared reports and documentation using professional written communication.
