My main function in our company is to manage subcontractors and their workers which is about 30-60 people. I make sure that all of the work done on-site are all in accordance with the approved construction plan. Other than that, I am proficient in drafting softwares such as Autocad, I make structural drawing plans for the use of our subcontractors. I am also in charge for the material requests and checking the monthly billing of our subcontractors.
