Hi! My name is El, and I’m a licensed Civil Engineer with experience in short-term rentals, estimating, and real estate support.

I currently work as a Short-Term Rental VA handling property listings on Airbnb, VRBO, and -----------, guest communication, reservations, calendar management, social media management, and filing monthly revenue and State & City taxes through Avalara. I’m also familiar with tools such as Lodgify, QuickBooks, Canva, WordPress, and other CRM and property management systems.

In addition, I worked for 6 years as a line marking estimator for an Australian company where I handled quantity takeoffs using PlanSwift, reviewed plans, identified scopes of work, and created quotations through Tradify. This experience strengthened my attention to detail, organization, and ability to work independently.

I also completed real estate virtual assistant training focused on listing coordination and transaction coordination. I’m knowledgeable in tracking deadlines, reviewing contracts — including the One to Four Family Residential Contract (Resale) in Texas — managing documents, using HAR, and creating CMA reports.
