I spent nearly six years working for AT&T as an account associate before being promoted to trainer in October 2023. I was employed as a sales and billing representative. Thus, I spent nearly six years working with a variety of clients, each with their own issues, and I made sure to offer exceptional customer service as well as propose any services that AT&T had so that the client could benefit from them.
I can multitask well, work well under pressure, and pick things up quickly. I am knowledgeable about the technologies of today. Spreadsheets and word processing software are two things I excel at. I know how to use an online calendar and make appointments. I have excellent communication skills and have a lot of experience taking phone calls and replying to emails. I have excellent time management skills and organisation skills.
