I am currently working full time Technical Support Team lead under a US Solar Products manufacturer and part time in an Australian company as a remote staff/assistant.
As a Team Lead in a Technical Support team here in Philippines, we handle North American accounts under a Solar Company named SolarEdge wherein currently I have a Supervisory equivalent position. We provide assistance to account management and general inquiries to home owners and troubleshooting related concerns to system technicians or engineers via phone call, chat and email. I've been working under the mentioned company since March of 2022. I worked here initially as a Technical Support Engineer and was then also assigned to provide support to our company's logistics, the Supply management Team; thus giving me a whole overview of our company processes. I also act as an escalation point to customer inquiries to our agents.
At the same time, I work remotely to an Australian Solar Installation Company remotely as a Virtual Assistant starting from March 25 of 2023 up until now. I work as a customer support representative wherein I provide assistance via call and email to their customers inquiries. These inquiries are then logged and tracked in Simpro and Hubspot which are our main CRM tools. In additional to that I am also acting as a contact point for warranty claims to our manufacturers and customers. At times, I also do invoices and scheduling as support to the respective PICs. Products involved in this one would be other Inverter brands such as SolarEdge, Fronius, Sungrow, SMA and Enphase and also battery products of Tesla and LG.
With what I have mentioned, I can assure you with my experience on customer support, I had excelled and was acknowledged enough to be trusted to be one of the leads in our company and be one of the supervisors on our US counterpart company and at the same time was then hired by another company in Australia.
