I started my career in the BPO industry as a
technical support representative for Linksys by Cisco in 2010. Through
my ability to adapt quickly and my perseverance, I worked my way through
various lines of business within the industry. Over nearly five years, I
honed my skills in technical support for various products, sales,
customer relations and retention, and e-commerce.
In 2016, I
transitioned to working remotely as a full-time virtual assistant for an
Australian IT company. My primary responsibility was to build and
maintain positive client relationships. As the main point of contact, I
provided support, addressed concerns, and ensured satisfaction with
products or services via phone calls and email, tailoring my approach to
each client's unique needs. Additionally, I established business
partnerships with other companies to promote mutual interests. Lastly, I
handled administrative tasks directly for the Director of Technology,
including inbox and email management, and calendar coordination, a role
I've held for the past eight years.
In December 2024, I d-----------
to push myself to gain more experience and learn new skills. With a
solid foundation in sales, customer relations, and e-commerce, I d-----------
to pursue digital marketing. I finished my upskill course in Digital
Marketing and E-commerce from Google and attained seven certificates in
Digital Marketing and E-commerce. I still have much to learn and
improve, and I am excited to be part of a new team and company where I
will be able to grow and showcase my full potential.
