I've been in the Travel Industry and Customer Service for almost 2 decades ----------- is where I mastered the skills of multi-tasking, working under pressure, and dealing with different kinds of customers. I am well-versed in hotel and airline reservation systems such as Amadeus, Abacus, and Sabre, and I'm also familiar with other online travel selling platforms such as Online Kayak, Expedia, and other websites. I consider myself an expert in Travel related work such as flight reservations, hotel rooms, and land/tour arrangement packages.
I have also worked in the BPO industry and handled accounts that are based in the United States and Australia. As a Quality Analyst, I am in constant communication with our clients onshore providing them with spreadsheet reports sent through email. I am also in charge of setting bi-monthly meetings through zoom, skype or google meet. Lastly, I also conduct individual coaching with the Agents I am handling and help them hit their goals, and ensure 100% alignment with the Quality Reference Guide provided by the clients.
