I have been an MT (Medical Transcriptionist) for the past 7 years, with being a Medical Editor for 3 years. My first MT experience was with a company called Transkripsyo. I then worked for Tech-Synergy Inc. for 3 years. I was only a probationary employee for a month, became a regular for another month and became an Editor from the third month for up to 3 years. Being an editor that long, I can say that I am very keen in correcting word based documents and reports, especially in the medical field. I also reply to corporate emails when I have to. After that, I worked for Acusis Philippines from 2015 to 2020 as a medical transcriber for various hospitals and clinics in the US through the company's online electronic medical records. Finally, for the last two and a half years, I have worked as an emergency room nurse at a tertiary hospital where I provide direct patient care and doing so with excellent therapeutic communication.
What I also have is a keen attention to details and the willingness to learn and excel any job that I do. I am a fast learner and am very proficient with the use of technology, as in the internet, and various computer software, with a typing speed of 80+ WPM to match.
