Technical/Customer Support Representative (TSR) /(CSR)

I have a very calm manner, work well under pressure and can concentrate for long periods of time. I work well with others and can give and take instructions easily.

I also have a friendly, outgoing personality and the ability to interact with a diverse team of management, co-workers, co-trainees, and customer.

I was also blessed to work as Chief Flight Instructor and Head of Training, which are both management position, were I was able to handle professional pilot's that developed my listening skill, open mindedness, management skill, monitoring skill, and computer skills for presentations during meetings (word, excel, and power point).
