Most recently, I worked as a Legal Intake Specialist for a legal firm, where I served as the first point of contact for prospective clients. I listened carefully to their concerns, gathered essential case information, assessed whether they met the firm's qualifications, scheduled consultations with attorneys, and maintained accurate client records using the GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM. This role strengthened my ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality while ensuring every client felt heard and supported from the very first interaction.
In addition, my experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst sharpened my attention to detail and deepened my understanding of what makes an outstanding customer interaction.
