I am a licensed civil engineer with more than 5 years of experience in the construction industry, supporting projects in planning, documentation, coordination, and technical support. I have practical knowledge of construction processes and work closely with design and engineering teams to help ensure accurate and efficient project execution.
I also have over 10 years of experience in CAD drafting and 3D visualization, producing detailed technical drawings and realistic architectural presentations for residential and commercial projects. I am proficient in AutoCAD for 2D drafting and SketchUp for 3D modeling, along with rendering software such as Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, and D5 Render to create high-quality visualizations.
In addition, I have 2 years of experience in estimation and quantity surveying, using PlanSwift to prepare quantity takeoffs, material quantities, and cost estimates to support project budgeting and planning. I also use Adobe Photoshop for presentation enhancements and Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for reports, documentation, and project organization.
