Dealing with different types of customer is hard but as for me, I made it sure to be a good communicator to them in addressing and resolving issues. Showing empathy to them creates a positive experience. I can efficiently handle multiple inquiries without sacrificing product quality. Most of all, I am a flexible person and a good team player.
