Hello, my name is Mary Joy Charity Medequillo. I've been in a BPO industry for already 8 years. I was a technical/financial support for almost 6years and was a claims officer for a European insurance for about 2 years. Throughout all these precious years I got better with the hard-work and patience. My beliefs in hard labor and endurance makes me more qualified in this job.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Cebu Technological University. Surely, my educational background helps me a lot to it. Moreover, I am good in excel, open office, powerpoint and other software knowledge.
I am handy in both soft and hard skills. I always make sure of the quick turnaround time of my job as I never disappoint any of my team managers. I am clever enough to handle any situation by coming up with my multitasking efficiency. I am certain that the skills I developed in my previous position including my organizational ability, problem-solving skills and my
