My daily task involves conducting training, module development, outline & process creation. My field of expertise includes Simple to Complex Computer Networking, subnetting, troubleshooting & VoiP devices installation. I have been in the training & quality department for almost 8 years and clearly understand that accomplishing quality work is very important for a business to succeed.
