Since 2006, I have started my extensive hands-on experience in the world of the IT industry. I currently hold a Master of IT (MIT) degree, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CySA+ and ITIL certification. My industry experience includes but is not limited to IT service management, IT department management, project management, enterprise systems, and network administration. During those years, I had my teaching experience in MIT courses and undergrad IT subjects like advanced operating systems and networking, cybersecurity, software engineering, and project management.
During my seven years of systems and network administration career, I have been responsible for the design, deployment, operation, and maintenance of the university datacenter, as well as its enterprise, converged IP-based networks. The datacenter houses Linux and Windows-based services, which run under virtualized (HVM) and storage area network (SAN) environment. These services include information systems, content management systems, learning management systems, email systems, authoritative domain name services (BIND), active directory, and domain controllers.
