My work includes Medicaid, HMO MLTC, and Private Pay billing, claims submission, payment posting, account reconciliation, insurance follow-up, collections, and resolving billing-related concerns. Over the years, I've gained a solid understanding of the revenue cycle and the importance of accuracy, timely follow-up, and attention to detail.
I also have experience as a Team Lead and Quality Analyst, where I reviewed work for accuracy, provided coaching and training, and helped improve team performance.
