I have eight years of valuable experience in the BPO industry. I began my journey at Convergys/Concentrix in 2016 as a Collection Care Representative in a financial account, where I learned the importance of understanding customers’ needs. Recently, I had the privilege of working at Infosys BPM Philippines as a Senior Process Executive. This is a B2B (business-to-business) account. In this role, I directly engage with dealerships, helping process and approve customer loan applications.
