I have an excellent customer service skills knowing the fact that I work from a BPO company before. I also have the mentality to secure and maintain the problem solving skill that was thought to me by my previous company. I also enjoy working under pressure because that is what motivates me to aim more and to strive for the best that I could provide. I know that I am not yet perfect for all of the position but I am still willing to be trained for me to have the knowledge about the product or the service that we offer.
