My current job includes call monitoring and providing actionable insights. Through monitoring, we gathers information to improve agent performance. As we monitors the customer interactions, we use evaluation forms to capture insights from these conversations and to ensure that agents provide quality service in line with the company’s objectives. Optimized quality assurance will increase agents' efficiency through behavior modification, enhance the quality of service to customers and improve close rates.
