Hi, I’m Fe Ompod, a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology graduate from Eastern Visayas State University. I have 20 months of work experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in insurance claims processing. In this role, I was responsible for reviewing insurance claims, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of medical records, verifying insurance coverage and policy details, verifying medical records and authorization, and identifying discrepancies and resolve the errors in claims.
