I indulge myself in writing. Handled international customers in retail industry, some back office work experience, can handle some basic troubleshooting, assist customers on their billing statement, help them with regards to their account whether it's modifying or updating some important details, served as one of the back end developer on our community in one of the events held by our Coach.
