* Audio Editing: deleting the filler words, repetitive words, unnecessary, bleeps, stutters, equalizing audio levels, removing noises and long pauses to make the audio sound smart and human.
* Show Notes; Extract teasers for the podcast, create a newsletter, highlights, etc.
* Graphic Designs- artwork, headshots, and audiograms. teasers, creating a video teaser for Reels, TikTok, IG Post/Story, Linked In, Facebook posts/story, etc.
* Final Audio- Intro and Outro with music mixdown
* My responsibilities also included the development and management of social media platforms and publishing the audio to Libsyn, Google podcast, Anchor, Spotify and Apple podcasts.
DATA ENTRY
* Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders.
* Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database.
* Update customer information in a database.
* Organize existing data in a spreadsheet.
* Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.
TRANSCRIPTION
* Listen to recordings and transcribe those recordings to text files
* Ensure accuracy of the transcribed text
* Understand details of client requirements regarding formatting and notation
* Complete transcriptions in a timely manner, reviewing grammar, punctuation and spelling prior to submission
* Correct any errors or inaccuracies in a timely manner
