I am currently open to opportunities for an Amazon Account Manager role. I have over 9 years of full-time experience managing Amazon accounts. Below are some of the key tasks I typically managed:
1. Creating, editing, and updating product listings via Amazon's backend wizard or flat files.
2. SEO optimization of the listing. For new listings, I do keyword research, and for existing listings, I base the keywords in the search term reports on the PPC advertisement results.
3. Updating pricing based on a profitability sheet I created.
4. Resolving account issues by communicating directly with Amazon through calls and emails, ensuring continuous follow-up until resolution.
5. Managing inventory to prevent stockouts, including creating spreadsheet trackers to calculate warehouse shipments.
6. Addressing and resolving issues related to stranded, excess, or unfulfillable inventory.
7. Conducting daily ASIN audits to catch any automatic changes by Amazon, such as disabled images, A+ content issues, or category alterations, which can impact sales.
8. Providing clients with regular updates on account status and sales performance, including revenue reports for the specific month or week.
If there are any additional tasks I missed, feel free to reach out for further details. Thank you for taking the time to read my post.
