Give me a messy process, a disconnected set of tools, or a workflow that relies too heavily on manual work, and my first instinct is to understand the problem and find a better way to make it work. I enjoy building systems, connecting tools, organizing information, and creating processes that make day-to-day operations more efficient and easier to manage.
I’ve built CRM pipelines and funnels, created automations that connect different platforms, managed lead flows, built landing pages and forms, and worked through integration issues and troubleshooting. I enjoy learning how tools work together and finding practical ways to reduce repetitive manual work.
I’m naturally curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning new systems independently. I don’t need to be shown every single step. I take the time to understand how something works, figure out what needs to be done, and find the best way to do it properly.
