ITIL Experience as a Knowledge Manager
Monitor, troubleshoot, and supports existing enterprise processes.
Strong experience with using standard Technology connectors such as HTTP, JMS, RESTful API, SFTP, SQL Server databases, Email, etc.
Strong experience with XML, JSON, and Flat file document type.
Experience with using different types of listeners such as Web service request, Message queue listener, etc., to trigger processes.
Experience using shapes such as Flow control, Split/Combine document, Process Mapping and other data process.
Experience in DevOps set up to deliver project
Experience with SAP ECC/S4 & Salesforce integration.
Strong experience in PLM - Product Lifecycle Management, CMF/Manufacturing, and Customer solutions.
Knowledge in other platform such as ServiceNow, Solace pubsub+, Postman API.
